Valero Developments celebrated its second anniversary in Egypt’s real estate market with a series of events in Obour City under the theme “Valero Time”. The celebrations brought together community initiatives, entertainment activities and surprises for residents, alongside special property offers introduced for the first time and exceptional commissions for real estate marketing companies.
The campaign aimed to share the occasion with the company’s customers and Obour residents through a diverse programme of activities, reflecting its strong connection to the city where its projects are located.
Omar Fahmy, Deputy CEO of Valero Developments, said the company chose to celebrate its second anniversary differently, taking the festivities beyond traditional corporate events and into the city’s streets, shopping centres and entertainment venues to engage directly with residents.
He explained that the “Valero Time” campaign featured several surprises, including the “Lucky Hour” initiative, during which the company covered customers’ orders at selected restaurants and cafés for a full hour. The initiative began at 360 Café before extending to Nos Dasta and Koya Sushi Restaurant.
The celebrations also featured entertainment activities for children at Kids Station, alongside a padel tournament that attracted enthusiastic participation, offering experiences designed for different age groups and interests.
Fahmy highlighted the central role of community initiatives in the campaign, including support for the FACE for Children in Need foundation, contributions to the development of a local school, and participation in the “A School for Every Developer” initiative through renovation and maintenance work at an Al-Azhar educational institute in Obour.
Other activities included renovation work at a local mosque and the development of a dedicated children’s area. The company also organised a celebration at an orphanage, featuring entertainment activities, gifts and clothing for the children.
On the commercial front, Valero Developments introduced special property offers across its projects for the first time to mark the anniversary, alongside exceptional commission incentives for real estate marketing companies, providing additional benefits for both customers and marketing partners.
Fahmy emphasised that combining community initiatives, entertainment activities and commercial offers reflected the company’s commitment to involving everyone who has contributed to its journey, including Obour residents, customers and real estate industry partners.
He concluded that “Valero Time” reflects the company’s vision of its relationship with Obour City, extending beyond property development to active community engagement and support for local development initiatives. He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in Obour over the coming years.
